We ship worldwide and aim to process and dispatch your order within 14-21 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. All shipments include tracking information, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot control or predict these fees, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Since all our jewelry is handmade, after this period, we may have already begun the crafting process and will be unable to cancel the order.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the design process has begun.
Ready-Made Orders: Orders for ready-made items may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.


Return and Exchange Policy
As all items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that there may be situations where an exchange is needed.
Exchanges: If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different item in our store. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a repair or replacement.


Warranty
We offer a 180-day warranty on all our jewelry. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care. Any alterations or repairs done by a third party will void the warranty.
